No. There is no monthly fee, no setup charge and no per-user pricing. You buy credits and spend them on messages. If you send nothing in a month, you pay nothing that month.
One credit costs ₹0.20. A utility or authentication message costs 1 credit (₹0.20). A marketing message costs 5 credits (₹1.00). Those rates cover the Meta conversation charge as well — there is nothing billed on top.
The smallest top-up is ₹2,500, which gives you 12,500 credits. That is 12,500 utility messages or 2,500 marketing messages. Credits stay valid for 12 months from the date you buy them.
