Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no monthly fee, no setup charge and no per-user pricing. You buy credits and spend them on messages. If you send nothing in a month, you pay nothing that month.
How much does a WhatsApp message cost?
A credit costs from ₹0.25 — ₹0.35 on the smallest pack down to ₹0.25 on the largest. A utility or authentication message costs 1 credit and a marketing message 5, so a message costs from ₹0.25. Those rates cover the Meta conversation charge as well — there is nothing billed on top.
What is the minimum I have to spend?
Nothing to start. Connect your number free and send a few test messages — pay only when you go live. The smallest top-up is ₹1,050 for 3,000 credits, valid 24 months. Every pack is valid 24 months; what rises with spend is value — ₹10,000 buys credits at ₹0.25 each instead of ₹0.35.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?
No. We handle the API access. You connect your business number through Meta's official embedded signup, which takes about two minutes, and you are live.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
Yes, if you choose coexistence when connecting. Your number keeps working in the WhatsApp Business app while campaigns go out from WABAPI. If you would rather move the number fully to the API, that option is there too — we warn you clearly about what changes.
What happens if a message is not delivered?
The credits are refunded to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a message that did not reach anyone, and every refund shows in your activity ledger.
Do you support businesses outside India?
Not yet. WABAPI is built for Indian businesses sending to Indian (+91) numbers, with IST scheduling and rupee pricing throughout.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Credits appear in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
