For agencies
On most WhatsApp platforms an agency swallows a ₹1,500–3,000 monthly fee for every client account it opens — ten clients means ten subscriptions before a single message goes out. Here a client account costs nothing to hold. Credits are bought only when a campaign actually runs.
Each client gets their own WABAPI account with their own WhatsApp Business number, verified under their brand through Meta's signup. Campaigns, contacts and delivery reports stay cleanly separated per client.
Every account carries its own credit wallet with an append-only ledger. Top it up on the client's behalf and re-bill them, or let them pay directly — either way, spend per client is exact and auditable.
An account with no campaigns running costs nothing. A client who pauses for three months costs ₹0 for three months — there is no per-account subscription quietly eating your retainer.
Say you run monthly campaigns for 5 clients, each sending 2,000 marketing messages. A marketing message here costs 5 credits at ₹0.25 a credit — ₹1.25 per message, all-in.
On WABAPI
₹12,500 /mo
₹2,500 per client — and a paused client drops to ₹0.
Five subscriptions elsewhere
₹20,895 /mo
₹1,999/mo platform fee and ₹1.09 per marketing message — typical rates as of August 2026.
The saving here — ₹8,395 a month — comes entirely from the five platform fees, not from the message rate. To be plain about it: our per-message marketing rate (₹1.25) is higher than the typical subscription rate (₹1.09), so if every client sent very high, steady volume the comparison would tighten and eventually flip. Run your own numbers in the cost calculator. For the mixed, stop-start volumes agencies actually manage, not paying five subscriptions is what dominates.
Being straight with you: there is no white-label dashboard, no single agency login across client accounts, and no consolidated billing yet. Today you sign in to each client's account separately and each wallet is topped up on its own. Those agency features are coming — and we would rather build them around real agencies than guess. If that is you, tell us what you need first at support@wabapi.com.
Not yet — and we would rather say that than invent one. Every account pays the same public credit rates: ₹0.25 a credit, 1 credit per utility or authentication message, 5 per marketing message. What agencies get today is structural, not a discount: zero monthly cost per client account, so an idle client costs you nothing.
One account per client. Each account connects that client's own WhatsApp Business number, holds its own credit wallet and keeps its own campaign history and delivery reports — so clients' data, numbers and spend never mix, and handing an account back to a client later is clean.
No. There is no white-label dashboard, no consolidated billing across client accounts and no agency-level user roles yet. They are on the roadmap, and we are building them with working agencies — if you run client campaigns, write to support@wabapi.com and tell us what you need first.
Either, and per client. Each account has its own wallet topped up through Razorpay, so you can buy credits on a client's behalf and re-bill them, or have the client pay into their own account directly. Every wallet has a full append-only ledger, so reconciling spend per client is straightforward.
It costs nothing to hold, and the one-off ₹100 test pack is enough to run a real test campaign before you put a client on it.
